Change Password
- Open Account Settings
- Select password option
- Enter current password
- Enter new password
- Save changes
Forgot Password
- Open Real TV login Page
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter registered Email/Phone
- Check your OTP/Link
- Set a new password
Update Email or Phone Number
- Go to Profile Settings
- Select Edit details
- Change email/phone
- Verify with OTP
- Save Profile
Login Issues & Fixes
- Check Password
- Reset Password if needed
- Restart App
- Check internet connection
- Try logging in on one device only
Use same Account on Multiple Device
- Login on Second device
- If limit reached, logout from first device
- Refresh app on new device
How Many Devices Allowed?
- One device at a time
- Login allowed on multiple devices, but streaming limited to one active session.
